Utah, Florida, & Arizona offer concealed carry permits to U.S. Residents that reside outside of Utah, Florida, & Arizona. The permits are often considered to be the premium standard permits because they are offered to residents of any state and are honored in approximately 30 states throughout the country. After completion of the course work, the participant will have the required forms to apply for their Utah, Florida, or Arizona Concealed Permits. Pictures and finger prints are included in the price.
The Utah, Florida, & Arizona course is a total of 8 hours.
The Utah portion of the course is a four hour class room that covers Utah Laws and concealed carry concerns and considerations, as well as, reciprocity and recognition by other states. Participants must participate in the Utah section of the course to be eligible for the Florida & Arizona portion. The other four hours of the course is designed for the Florida & Arizona requirements. A firearm is required for this portion and will be provided by the instructor.
The price for this course is $200 and is all inclusive. When the participant leaves at the end, he or she will have all the required material to mail off their packets to the prospective states. The only additional costs will be the checks for the licensing and postage.
Utah Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permits require applicants to attend a four hour class that is taught by a Certified State of Utah Instructor. The course covers handgun safety, ethical concerns, and Utah Laws pertaining to the CCW permit.
After completion of the course, the student will receive a stamped application certifying that they attended the course. The student can then apply for their CCW permit through Utah.

Florida Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Permit applicants are required to be trained in the safe operation of firearms and demonstrate to a Firearms Instructor that they can safely operate and fire a firearm in a safe and controlled manner.
